Marque Contact offers an NFC‑enabled digital business card platform that lets you create, manage, and share contact information and social links by tapping or scanning a card. Additional features may include online profile pages, analytics, and add‑on services.

  2. Keep your password confidential.
  3. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

You are solely responsible for the content you add to your Marque Contact card (names, job titles, phone numbers, email addresses, links, etc.). You warrant that:

  1. You own or have the right to use and share that content.
  2. Your content does not violate any law, contract, or third‑party right.
  3. Your content is not defamatory, fraudulent, offensive, or harmful.

We may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or our policies.

 

5. Intellectual Property

The Marque Contact name, logo, website, software, and related materials are the intellectual property of Marque Technologies. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission, except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

 

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Marque Contact to:

  1. Carry out illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  2. Send spam, malware, or harmful scripts.
  3. Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with our systems.
  4. Overload or disrupt our services (e.g., scraping, denial‑of‑service attacks).

Violations may lead to account suspension or termination and possible legal action.

 

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features may require a subscription (e.g., monthly or yearly plans) or one‑time purchases of cards or add‑ons. You agree to:

  1. Pay all applicable fees at the rates in effect at the time of purchase.
  2. Provide accurate and valid payment information.
