By purchasing, activating, or using Marque Contact, you agree to these Terms.

Marque Contact is a smart NFC-enabled digital identity solution that allows users to share professional information via NFC tap or QR scan.

The Service includes:

2. Eligibility

By using Marque Contact, you confirm that:

3. User Responsibilities

5. Digital Profile Content

Marque Contact allows you to create a digital profile.

You retain ownership of your content. However, by publishing content on our platform, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store
  • Process

that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, software, design elements, and content related to Marque Contact and Marque Technologies remain the intellectual property of Marque Technologies.

any part of the Service without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Marque Technologies shall not be liable for:

Use of the Service is at your own risk.
